Felicity is a mum of three little girls, aged nine, seven and five.
Yoga and Hypnobirthing were her outlet both during and post pregnancy, carving out special time for her and her husband Tom, and their babies, before and after they were born.
Practicing enabled her to have the pregnancy and birth experiences that she hoped for. Now it is her passion to help others in these precious moments.
With seven years focusing specifically on prenatal yoga, (plus having three of her own babies), Felicity has a deep understanding and knowledge of the various stages of a mother’s journey. She is able to empathise with the physical and mental challenges through pregnancy, but also celebrate the beauty of the bump, and the exciting transformation towards motherhood.
Being firm believers in removing the noise and confusion inciting fear around birth, Felicity and her husband sought Hypnobirthing in the UK, where their eldest daughter was born.
The course they discovered instilled in them positivity, confidence, empowerment, and ultimately, trust in the birthing process.
They used these tools through each birth, which led them to the “Positive Birth Program” by Hypnobirthing Australia™ on their return to Australia. The course resonated with them thanks to its primary focus on achieving a positive birth experience, regardless of how a baby arrives into the world.
